                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2, 
                   CONTRACT NO. 46B-2, MURRAY HILLS COLLECTION 
                   SYSTEM III, WITH MAYSE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, 
                   WHICH CHANGE ORDER INCREASES THE CONTRACT BY 
                   THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND, TWO 
                   HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($24,253.00), FOR A REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT 
                   NOT TO EXCEED ONE MILLION, FORTY-EIGHT 
                   THOUSAND, SIXTY-ONE AND 50/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($1,048,061.50) AND WHICH INCREASES THE 
                   CONTRACT TIME NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED 
                   TWENTY (120) DAYS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       Change Order No. 2, Contract No. 46B-2, Murray Hills Collection 
       System III, with Mayse Construction Company, which change order 
       increases the contract by the amount of $24,253.00, for a revised 
       contract amount not to exceed $1,048,061.50 and which increases 
       the contract time not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days 
       without prior approval.
